Privacy & cookies
This website is published by Napoli Luxury Condominium Association, Inc.. This notice covers the visitor analytics we collect and the choice you have over them.
What we collect
We use PostHog, a product-analytics service, to count visits and see which pages of this website are used. Each page view records the address of the page, the address of the page that referred you, and the technical details your browser sends with every request — browser, operating system, screen size, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We never collect your name or contact details, we never build a profile of you across other websites, and we never use this data for advertising or pass it to advertisers.
We also record how quickly pages load on your device, and — when something on a page fails — a technical description of the failure: its type and message, the address of the page it happened on, and the place in this website's code that raised it. That is generated by the website's own code so we can tell that a page is broken and fix it. It is not a record of what you did on the page.
When your browser blocks something on a page because it breaks this website's security policy, it reports the address of the page and the address and location of what it blocked, so we can tell whether the page still works.
Your choice
On your first visit a banner asks whether to accept analytics cookies. Until you answer it, nothing is stored on your device and your visit is counted the same anonymous way as a rejection, described below.
- Reject — no analytics cookie is set and no analytics data is kept on your device. Visits are counted using a one-way code that PostHog derives on its servers from your request and rotates every day, so a day's visitors can be counted without anyone being recognized. This is also what happens when your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, in which case you are not asked at all.
- Accept — a first-party cookie whose name begins with
ph_, plus a matching entry in your browser's local storage, holds a randomly generated device identifier for up to a year. It lets us tell a returning visitor from a new one and follow how a single visit moves through the site. It still holds no personal details.
The website behaves identically either way. Whichever you choose, the choice itself is saved in your browser's local storage so you are not asked again — when you reject, that record is the only thing stored.
Changing your mind
Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page to switch or withdraw your choice. Withdrawing consent deletes the analytics cookie immediately and returns you to anonymous counting. Your choice applies to this website only — it does not carry over to other property websites.
